But the story doesn’t start at the top. It began two decades ago when Dr. McClain launched her first consulting firm—an ambitious effort that ultimately failed. That early setback sparked a relentless pursuit of deeper knowledge and stronger foundations. She earned advanced degrees in international business, advised U.S. military and civilian agencies, and eventually re-emerged as a national appointee, trusted leader, and founder of TMG Strategic Advisors.
